All freight arrangements are subject to stock availability, order cut-off times and type of goods.
Due to the nature of the Full-Track Power Trowel all deliveries can be tailored between Buyer and Full-Track Australia. However if you engage directly through our website you are subject to the standard offering and charges.
Courier Deliveries:
When you place an item in your basket you will be asked to select either Delivery or Sydney collect.
If you opt for delivery the delivery charge will then be added to your basket. If you opt for collect in Sydney you will then be asked to select location or contact us prior to placing your order or after you have placed your order for best options.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated depending on the delivery postcode and the weight and dimensions of the products in your basket. We use a combination of different couriers in order to provide you with a fast and affordable service.
If you are in Sydney you can also collect directly from us.
At this time we only have the one location in Sydney for Pick up. For International delivery please contact us via email for more information.
Estimated Order Time
If you opted to collect in Sydney you will receive an email to inform you when your goods are ready for pick up.
If you opted for delivery, you will receive an email when the goods have been despatched to the couriers.
We aim to despatch all orders within 1-3 working days. Once the order has been sent out we will advise you with an estimated delivery time or as a guide as follows:
All other Metro Areas: BRIS | MELB | CAN 2-3 Days
All other Metro Areas: ADE | PER 3-4 Days
Regional Areas ACT|NSW| VIC 3-4 days
Regional Areas WA|SA|NTH QLD 4-5days

Courier deliveries generally occur Monday - Friday between 9am-5.30pm - for deliveries outside these times please make prior arrangements with us before or after placing order. Deliveries that require a forklift or loading dock delivery please contact us or note this information on the Notes section of your order.
Express Delivery Charges in Australia are as follows:
Delivery will be free in store (FIS) Australia wide for Orders in excess of $175.00 plus GST.
However orders less than $175.00 + GST will be subject to the current freight charge of $17.25 plus GST. (Freight charges subject to change)
In most cases the standard service on orders received prior to 2:00pm for delivery to addresses in Australia, is that the goods will be dispatched the same working day.

Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Customer’s address. The Customer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
The failure BY Full-Track to deliver will not entitle the buyer to cancel the order and we will not be liable for any loss or damage whatever due to failure to deliver the Goods. We will work with you for best results in all cases.
