Specifications and Information
All Specifications and information based in our catalogue such as descriptive specifications, drawings, data, dimensions, weights , advantages and disadvantages are contained in our catalogue as informed and provided by the inventor of the Full-Track Power Trowel and are as accurately described and informed to our customers and are also subject to change without notice.
Packing & Delivery of Products
Unless prior agreement all Full-Track Power Trowels are supplied packed ready for assembly and will be delivered in carton packing.
Packing Variation – a nominal charge for re packing may be discussed prior to delivery should buyer require other packing request and can be agreed on between both parties.
Product Assembling
Full-Track Australia delivers all orders purchased online packed in cartons for the buyer to assemble. The Packing is in 3 parts.
Unless otherwise agreed Full-Track Australia will ship product un assembled.
Should buyer require product assembling prior to delivery Full-Track Australia and buyer will need to negotiate a nominal charge no less than $A88 per unit unless otherwise agreed between both parties.
Terms of sale
All Prices displayed are in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change. Images of products shown without any advertised price beside that image are not offered for sale. Unless otherwise stated, any accessories shown in any image of products are not included in the price. We reserve the right to correct any errors published on the website.
Payment
All payments must be made in full prior to collection or delivery.
Payments must be made via PayPal or Direct Debit where arrangement is made prior with all sales subject to any terms and conditions stated herein.
You will receive an email from Full-Track Australia as soon as practicable after you have confirmed your Order and made payment. If you have any questions regarding your Order you may contact us via our website. If your Order is not accepted by Full-Track Australia Online will notify you by telephone or email and arrange for a full refund of any payment made by you to be processed.
Delivery by Courier
The delivery address must be an address within Australia and cannot be a freight forwarding location. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.
On acceptance of your Order by Total Tools Online, Total Tools will aim to despatch to your specified delivery address generally within 1-3 days unless otherwise arranged by Full-Track and you the buyer.
You will be required to be available in person to accept delivery of your Order.
Full-Track will use its best endeavours to deliver your Order within any stated timeframes; however Full-Track Australia does not warrant that these timeframes will always be met, as many factors may affect these timeframes.
Full-Track cannot and will not accept responsibility for delivery delays or failure by Courier delivery contractors.
Title & Risk in goods
Title and risk in the products, such as loss and damage, pass to you on delivery or collection, as the case may be.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Except as may otherwise agreed by Full-Track Australia, the contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of NSW and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of that State including those having appellate jurisdiction.
